Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if no payment was made, one hundred Swedish kronor (100 SEK).

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate mediation proceedings. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Mediation Institute or another mutually agreed upon mediation service.
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, any remaining disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Sollefteå as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sweden, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Highdesign regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals and agreements, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us.
